All of our products are made-to-order, crafted specifically for you after purchase.

• Refunds: Refunds are only available in the case of defective items or production errors. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order if you believe your product is defective or has been produced incorrectly.

• Exchanges: Exchanges are available only for defective items or production errors.

• Size Changes & Personal Preferences: Due to the custom-made nature of our products, it is not possible to change the size of an item after purchase. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons of wrong size or personal preference, so we recommend to use the size chart before buying.

• How to Start a Return or Exchange: If you need to request a refund or exchange due to a defect or production error, please email us at opulence207@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will provide instructions for the next steps.
