Return Period

You may return your item within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and include the original packaging.

How to Return

To start a return, email us at opulence207@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return. We will provide return instructions by email.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please ensure your item is securely packaged and sent using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged. So we recommend to look good at the size chart before buying.
